More about this plant
A compact, mounded reblooming weigela reaching about two and a half to four feet tall and four feet wide. Rich punch pink trumpet shaped blooms absolutely cover the plant in spring, take a brief rest in early summer, then return through late summer and into fall. The bright green foliage carries a pretty bronze tint. It wants full sun, well drained soil and average moisture, resists deer, and draws bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Use it in borders, foundation plantings, mass plantings or as a container filler.
