More about this plant
A fast spreading shore juniper selection that stays about half a foot to a foot tall and mats out four to six feet wide, with crowded blue green awl shaped foliage on yellow green stems. It takes full sun and clay, loam or sand as long as drainage is good, and once established it handles drought, salt spray and coastal exposure while resisting deer, disease and insect pests. Use it as ground cover on slopes and banks, in rock and drought tolerant gardens, or as a foundation mass where a low evergreen carpet is wanted.
