More about this plant
Penny Peach Jump Up has purple upper petals over a peach lower face, with fragrant, edible flowers on compact, mounding plants 4 to 6 inches tall and 6 to 8 inches wide. Penny violas are a compact, uniform landscape series with good heat tolerance and a vigorous root system that helps them overwinter well. Horned violets grow best in humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. They bloom through cool weather and slow down in summer heat; deadheading encourages new buds.
