More about this plant
Penny Lane Mix is a horned violet blend for sun to part shade. Horned violets are cool-season bedding plants that spread on creeping stems, make good companions for spring tulips, and once established form a cover that weeds find hard to penetrate. Horned violets grow best in humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. They bloom through cool weather and slow down in summer heat; deadheading encourages new buds.
- Full Sun
- Grows to 0.7 ft tall and 1 ft wide
- Blooms in spring, summer, fall
- Hardy in USDA zones 6-11
- Evergreen foliage
