More about this plant

Blushing Bride opens pure white semi double florets in large rounded mophead heads that slowly turn light blush pink or soft blue as they age, the shift depending on soil pH. It blooms on both old and new wood, so flowers keep coming from late spring into fall, and it makes a compact upright rounded shrub about 3 to 5 feet tall and wide, hardy in zones 4 to 9. It performs best with four to six hours of morning sun followed by afternoon shade in moist, well drained soil, and suits foundation beds, shaded borders, containers and cutting.
