Avalon Sunny Yellow has decorative, bright clear yellow flowers up to 2 inches across on dark green foliage, branching freely on very strong stems. Plants grow about 14 to 24 inches tall and 20 to 36 inches wide. Plant in full sun and well-drained soil, with some afternoon shade in warmer locations; too much shade makes plants sprawl. Garden mums flower in autumn and overwinter outdoors easily in the South.
