Traditionally used as formal garden hedges, Boxwoods are still major structural elements in the modern landscape. When designing with Boxwoods, choose varieties based on sun exposure, mature size & growth habit.

All Boxwoods prefer more alkaline soils with a pH range of 6.5-7.2, and therefore are well suited to Mid-South soils.
